Cancellation Policy
TiffyBro Customers & Vendors
- All requests to reschedule and Cancellation of your meals will be accepted only if they are made within our cut-off period (24-hrs prior) through the app.
- We do not allow conversion of plans from lunch to dinner/veg to non-veg or vice-versa.
- As we offer a minimum one-week subscription Plan (minimum 7 days ), So the Cancelation button will be enabled after that time period.
- If you cannot avail meals from your existing subscription due to reasons such as relocation, long vacation, health issues etc., you can cancel your subscription and we will provide you with refund on a pro data basis i.e., you will be refunded based on the number of meals you have consumed from your subscription given you have already started your subscription.
- All meal plan subscriptions have to be used within the validity period. We are not accountable for the lapse of your subscription. We also do not issue refunds or extend the validity of meal plans that are already active.
- If you are unsatisfied with the food or unhappy with our services, we will provide you with refund on a pro rata basis i.e., you will be refunded based on the number of meals you have consumed from your subscription given you have already started your subscription.
- However, in the unlikely event of Vendor being unavailable, we will contact you on the phone number provided to us at the time of placing the order and inform you of such unavailability. In such an event you will be entitled to cancel the entire order and shall be entitled to a refund in accordance with our refund policy.
- All refund amounts shall be credited to your account within 3-4 business days in accordance with the terms that may be stipulated by the bank.

We reserve the sole right to cancel your order in the following circumstance :-
- In the event of the designated address falls outside the delivery zone offered by us.
- Failure to contact you by phone or email at the time of confirming the order booking.
- All the refund of cancelled order from the customer will be settled after the calculation of number of meals consumed.
- Failure in delivery of food to the customers will be referred as the meal not delivered and no amount shall be processed for the same.
